Nothing is more important than having someone both experienced and dependable looking after your real estate investment while you aren’t here.   There simply is no one better qualified than Dan to handle all the details of home ownership in a foreign country.  In addition to managing the day-to-day operation of homes, his ongoing goal is to find qualified renters and make sure those renters are happy and come back year after year.  He believes there is no better form of advertising than word of mouth from happy renters who refer friends and family.  His experience through his own construction business emphasizes the importance of regular accounting to his clients on the status of their homes and the income the home is producing.

Dan has lived in Manzanillo for 11 years and loves it here.  Born in Texas, he lived in Seattle for many years.  His professional life includes extensive marketing and customer service experience as well as organizing the moves for people’s personal possessions between the US and cities around the world.  Until his “retirement” recently, Dan has been managing the safety and security department for five ports in Mexico for SSA.

A father, grandfather, and, by the way, Candy’s husband.  As a friend, once you know Dan you’ll agree he is a very special person who is loyal and dependable to everyone he is privileged to work with.
